Guidelines for Authors

REGULAR PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are kindly requested to submit final papers, previously unpublished and relevant to the Conference.

SPECIAL SESSION PAPER SUBMISSION

A Special Session is a group of 6 papers, organized at the initiative of any voluntary organizer. Session topics are in areas consistent with the Conference topics.

Special Session Paper Authors are invited to submit final papers, previously unpublished and relevant to the Special Session topics.

SUBMISSION GENERAL RULES

All papers shall comply with the following rules.

English language, limitation to 6 full pages, including paper title, Authors and affiliations, figures and references (maximum size 2MB). Manuscripts should be prepared in the ICEM two-column conference format (A4), using the ICEM template (see below) and translated to PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpress™ facility. No other format in the submission or in the final version can be accepted.
All the papers will be reviewed by multiple independent reviewers to be included in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore data base.

Submitting final version of paper, author confirms that he has read and accepted ICEM STATEMENT of ORIGINALITY and IEEE Copyright Form.

The STATEMENT OF ORIGINALITY and the IEEE Copyright Form will automatically send to ICEM 2010 Organizers.
