Authors are kindly requested to submit final papers, previously unpublished and relevant to the Conference. Manuscripts should be prepared in the ICEM two-column conference format (A4), using the ICEM template .All ICEM 2010 accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore data base. All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to ICEM 2010 Conference, allowing authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). The PDF eXpress service is located at http://www.pdf-express.org/log.asp Use icem10x as the Conference ID.
Submitting final version of paper, author confirms that he has read and accepted ICEM STATEMENT of ORIGINALITY and IEEE Copyright Form.
